Will this take my team away from work for too long?
The core workshop is half a day or less. It’s designed for minimal downtime, maximum impact.
YES. And it's an excellent way to connect with a distributed team. We use excellent digital platforms like AhaSlids and Padlet to boost engagement. If we're using LEGO, it's easy to ship them kits and your people will love getting them. And it's economical, too, because travel, including ours, is eliminated.
